Under the supervision of an attorney, the Legal Secretary/Receptionist will provide crucial administrative support in legal matters. The role involves answering calls, managing legal records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely follow-ups on deadlines. A strong grasp of organizational skills, familiarity with legal terminology, and proficiency in office technology are essential for this position.
Location: Tilupati Mall, Suite 266
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Provide administrative assistance to one or more attorneys.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls as necessary.
Maintain and update contact details and office records.
Manage multiple schedules and provide timely reminders.
Assist with document preparation and file legal paperwork.
Ensure the efficient daily operation of the office.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role.

Excellent time management and typing abilities.
