Job Description
The Learning and Development Manager will work closely with the Human Resources Director to ensure the successful delivery of learning and development programs. This includes overseeing the coordination of both functional and leadership training programs through the 70:20:10 approach to learning. The manager will be responsible for managing external training vendors, processing invoices, and reporting on training costs and status. Additionally, the manager will maintain the HR learning platform, administer courses, schedule participants, and ensure the appropriate trainers are selected. The role also involves coordinating corporate inductions, maintaining training records, and ensuring consistent delivery of training programs. The manager will collaborate with HRBPs to ensure a unified approach to training and learning initiatives. Reporting and analysis of training outcomes and ROI will be key aspects of the role.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Work closely with the Human Resources Director to meet all learning and development deliverables.
Coordinate the delivery of talent and learning solutions using the 70:20:10 approach.
Manage external training vendors and process related invoices with the procurement department.
Arrange courses, liaise with participants and trainers, and maintain training records.
Administer the HR Learning platform, schedule participants, and ensure proper trainers are selected.
Support functional leads and ensure training records are updated for Functional Capability programs.
Coordinate corporate inductions and maintain attendance records.
Contribute to the achievement of Talent and Learning deliverables and service levels.
Collaborate with HRBPs to ensure consistency in training programs.
Provide recommendations for continual improvement in talent and learning solutions.
Ensure timely reporting of training outcomes on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Oversee SLA and KPI achievement and measure training ROI.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course or Organizational Psychology.
FMCG experience in a similar role is desirable.
Generalist HR experience is an advantage.
Deep knowledge of core talent and learning programs in business.
Expert understanding of online learning platforms and their facilitation.
Ability to diagnose issues and offer solutions based on data and service level analysis.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Ability to collaborate with HRBPs to support and deliver training initiatives.
