Job Description
As a Lead Generator at Teramind, you will lead efforts to automate and optimize inbound lead generation through the strategic use of AI tools. You will evaluate and implement advanced automation solutions to streamline recruitment and marketing workflows, enhance sales efficiency, and support AI transformation company-wide. Working closely with company leadership, this role requires strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience using AI tools to create innovative solutions. You will play a critical individual contributor role, helping the company remain at the forefront of automation in a remote and fast-paced environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Research, evaluate, and optimize automation tools for candidate sourcing and marketing.
Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to automate recruitment and lead generation processes.
Drive AI adoption across the company by integrating tools into existing workflows.
Collaborate closely with the founder and senior leadership to align AI initiatives with company goals.
Enhance recruitment, sales, and marketing automation with innovative, AI-powered tools.
Continuously learn and explore new technologies and products in the AI and automation space.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Proven experience with AI tools and platforms (including Clay).
Strong technical skills, with the ability to write code and solve complex automation challenges.
Excellent problem-solving and research skills; highly resourceful and proactive.
Passionate about innovation, AI, and process improvement.
Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable with hands-on execution and working closely with executive leadership.
Previous experience in recruitment, sales enablement, or marketing automation is a plus.
