Participate and/or oversee core laboratory operations including but not limited to moleculer and genomic techniques, and/or computational analysis and reporting.

Participate in planning, development, implementation and evaluation of initiatives, strategies, and business plans for accomplishing objectives relevant to genomics and molecular testing.

Participate in efforts to achieve and maintain appropriate accreditation and licensure for the clinical laboratory for current and future tests.

Develop, validate, implement, and report on new and existing molecular genomics assays.

Identifying and addressing technical and validation gaps in laboratory methods, standard operating procedures (SOP) and/or active participation in QA/QC Quality Improvement Plan

Ensure compliance of pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical processes with the integrated laboratory quality management systems.
