Job Description

As the Junior Customer Success Manager, your key responsibilities will include managing client relationships on technical, business, and product levels. You will identify opportunities and challenges for clients, provide training and webinars, introduce new features, and handle feature releases. In addition, you will provide client feedback to internal teams and collaborate with sales, solution architects, partners, product management, legal, and marketing teams as the client’s representative. You will also ensure that clients' needs are met and that they are set up for long-term success with Sumsub’s platform.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with clients on all levels: technical, business, and product.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and potential challenges for clients.

  • Provide clients with training sessions, webinars, and product demos.

  • Introduce clients to new features and handle feature releases.

  • Act as the client’s representative by collaborating with Sales, Solution Architects, Partners, Product Management, Legal, and Marketing teams.

  • Collect and provide feedback from clients to the internal teams.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager in the crypto, fintech, or payments sectors.

  • Basic understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer) is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel.

  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach.

  • Fluent in English (advanced).

  • Proficient in Chinese (advanced).
