Incident Management:

• Log, categorize, and prioritize incoming incidents and service requests from users.

• Provide first-level support by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams if necessary.

User Support:

• Assist users with software, hardware, and network-related issues.

• Guide users through problem-solving processes, either remotely or on-site.

• Provide support for a variety of IT equipment, including computers, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.

Service Request Fulfillment:

• Process requests for new software installations, hardware setups, and account access.

• Assist in setting up new user accounts, configuring workstations, and ensuring users have access to the necessary systems.

Monitoring and Maintenance:

• Monitor IT systems, networks, and applications to ensure they are running smoothly.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and backups.

• Identify potential issues before they become critical and take preventive measures.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the IT service management (ITSM) system.

• Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for future reference.

• Create and update knowledge base articles to assist users and colleagues.
