Job Description
The IT Officer will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, managing software systems, and supporting digital security across the hotel.

Maintain hardware and software systems
Troubleshoot network and system issues
Ensure data security and backups
Train staff on IT usage
Liaise with vendors and support teams

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
2+ years of experience in IT support
Strong knowledge of hotel systems and cybersecurity
