Job Description
Job Title: IT Graduate Trainee (No Experience Jobs)
Organisation: Civil Society Budget Advocacy Group (CSBAG)
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
IT Graduate Trainee at CSBAG will support the organization in managing day-to-day IT operations. This role involves frequent interactions with staff across various departments and external stakeholders such as service providers and vendors. The trainee must be detail-oriented and possess a strong understanding of IT systems, policies, and regulations, ensuring efficiency, security, and accuracy in IT-related processes. Proficiency in basic programming, databases, operating systems, and cloud technologies. Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities for IT issues.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications;
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++) and databases (SQL, NoSQL) and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
Understanding of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
