Job Description
The IT/Systems Administrator manages the institute’s IT infrastructure, including computer networks, servers, and software systems. This role ensures smooth operations of IT services and supports staff and students with technical issues.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Manage security and data backup measures to protect institute data.
• Provide IT support and training to staff and students as required.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software, and manage procurement of new IT assets.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in system and network administration.
