The ISO Officer is responsible for ensuring that the company's quality management system complies with the ISO 9001:2015 standard and other relevant regulations. The main duties of the ISO Officer include:
Developing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system documentation, such as policies, procedures, manuals, forms and records.
Conducting internal audits and facilitating external audits to verify the effectiveness of the quality management system and identify areas for improvement.
Providing training and guidance to staff on quality-related topics and best practices.
Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and initiating corrective and preventive actions as needed.
Liaising with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders on quality issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The qualifications of the ISO Officer include:
A bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management or a related field.
A minimum of three years of experience in quality management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
A certification as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent.
A strong knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and its requirements, as well as other relevant standards and regulations.
Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools for quality management.
