Job Description
The Inspector plays a key role in managing and supervising security guards, addressing client needs, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The role involves regular patrols, maintaining operational records, addressing staffing needs, and resolving client complaints promptly to enhance business growth and maintain service quality.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee deployments within their area of responsibility, including knowing client details, guard numbers, and deployment locations.
Develop comprehensive plans for deployment and conduct pre-deployment surveys.
Patrol assigned areas to ensure security operations run smoothly.
Profile security guards and manage related documentation for submission to the respective department.
Address staffing shortages, rotations, and support recruitment efforts.
Conduct briefings and debriefings for guards before deployment.
Prepare and submit attendance lists for payroll purposes by the 28th of every month.
Conduct readiness and discipline checks (fall-ins) at least twice a week.
Provide periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on administrative and logistic matters.
Submit situational reports (sitreps) at specified times and update promptly as necessary.
Maintain a register documenting visited posts, guard details, observations, and time.
Ensure excellent client service by addressing complaints promptly and maintaining client relationships.
Assist in identifying new clients and fostering business growth.
Comply with regulatory requirements and respond to audit findings and recommendations.
Perform any other duties assigned by management in the company’s interest.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education and Experience:
A2 level education with professional experience; a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is an added advantage.
At least two years of experience as an Inspector, with proven experience in a security company preferred.
Holder of a Class A driving license.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven analytical capabilities and organizational skills.
Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with clients and subordinates.
Proficiency in English or French, with working knowledge of the other language.
Ability to maintain detailed records and provide timely reports.
Strong work ethics, teamwork, and a solutions-oriented approach.
