Job Description
The INOC Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This includes installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools. The engineer will also develop and manage cloud-based solutions, ensure network reliability, and provide end-user support. The role requires a proactive individual with strong networking knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain systems in a dynamic ISP environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems and application software
Maintain system management tools
Develop and manage cloud-based infrastructure solutions
Troubleshoot issues and provide support to end-users
Ensure high levels of system and infrastructure availability
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver network solutions

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field
Minimum certification: CCNA or JNCIA-Junos
Proficiency in networking technologies including Juniper, Cisco, and MikroTik
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an ISP environment
Proven ability to take on responsibility and deliver results
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
