Installing and Configuring Hardware and Software:

• Setting up computers, printers, scanners, and other ICT equipment for users.

• Installing and configuring operating systems, software applications, and updates as required.

• Ensuring that all devices are properly connected to the network and functioning correctly.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

• Providing technical support to users, helping to resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems either remotely or in-person, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

• Managing and responding to helpdesk tickets, prioritizing tasks based on urgency.

Maintaining Network Infrastructure:

• Monitoring and maintaining the organization’s network, ensuring smooth and secure connectivity.

• Troubleshooting network-related issues, such as slow connections, network outages, or access problems.

• Assisting with the setup and configuration of network devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Data Backup and Recovery:

• Ensuring that critical data is regularly backed up and securely stored.

• Managing backup schedules, verifying successful backups, and restoring data when required.
