The Human Resource Officer is responsible for managing the human resources functions of the organization, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
The Human Resource Officer also supports the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and provides guidance and advice to managers and staff on HR issues and best practices.
