Job Description
The Human Resource Officer will support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the organization's goals. The role entails managing recruitment processes, coordinating training and development programs, supporting employee welfare, ensuring accurate and up-to-date HR records, and maintaining compliance with employment laws and standards. The officer will also supervise outsourced service providers and contribute to organizational performance through effective HR operations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment processes in line with company policies and procedures
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, systems, and strategies
Support execution of staff training and national content development programs
Facilitate staff performance evaluations and compile the annual performance report
Manage staff welfare programs, including leave management
Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and staff records
Prepare and submit periodic HR reports
Oversee graduate trainee and internship programs
Supervise outsourced services such as cleaning, catering, and health insurance
Prepare contract management reports for outsourced services
Supervise and appraise administrative support staff
Perform other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Social Work and Social Administration, Public Administration, or Business Administration (HR Option)
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Human Resource or Administration
Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is an added advantage
Key Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of maturity, professionalism, and integrity
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently or in a team
Age Requirement:
25 to 40 years
