Job Description

The Human Resource Manager will oversee all HR-related activities, including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent people management skills who can work collaboratively across teams to drive HR excellence and ensure a thriving work environment.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.

  • Manage employee relations and ensure HR policies are fairly and consistently applied.

  • Maintain staff records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Lead HR planning and development initiatives, including training and performance reviews.

  • Support senior management in strategic human resource planning.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR issues with professionalism.

  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR, recruitment, or people management.

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.

  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
