Conducting investigations related to workplace issues like harassment or misconduct.
Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing:
Posting job vacancies, screening applications, and conducting initial interviews.
Coordinating with department heads for hiring decisions.
Managing the onboarding process for new employees.
Employee Relations:
Addressing employee grievances and ensuring workplace harmony.
Conducting investigations related to workplace issues like harassment or misconduct.
Promoting a positive working environment through activities or conflict resolution.

Qualifications and Competencies
Higher Diploma in HRM/CHRP Level six/Degree in HR or social sciences
