Job Description
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, employee relations, and policy compliance. You will assist in organizing training programs, maintaining employee records, and ensuring that all HR activities comply with local labor laws and company policies. Additionally, you will contribute to building and promoting a positive corporate culture by planning team-building activities and fostering a collaborative environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment and Deployment Support:
Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and ensuring standardized talent selection.
Handle employee onboarding and resignation procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Employee Data and File Management:
Maintain accurate employee files, contracts, and personnel databases.
Supervise employee attendance, record data, and assist in calculating salary, performance, and rewards/punishments.
Training and Employee Development:
Plan and implement employee training programs, including induction training and professional skills improvement.
Maintain training records, track progress, and provide feedback for improvement.
Employee Relations and Compliance Management:
Coordinate and address employee complaints, disputes, and suggestions, ensuring positive labor relations.
Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws, including managing statutory deductions such as social insurance and PAYE.
Corporate Culture Construction:
Plan and implement employee activities, such as annual meetings and cultural or sports events, to foster team cohesion.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR management experience, preferably in real estate, logistics, or hospitality industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
Extensive experience in employee recruitment, including resume screening and conducting interviews.
Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations and experience managing employee relations.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience using HR management systems is a plus.
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
