Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Perform a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other wellness therapies
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments based on their preferences
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment and products are stocked and in good condition
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel welcomed and comfortable
Stay updated on industry trends and new treatment techniques to enhance service offerings
Educate clients on home care products and practices to maintain their wellness routines
Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a hygienic work environment

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Requirements
Relevant certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field
Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel or wellness setting preferred
Strong understanding of various massage techniques and spa treatments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a spa environment
