We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our high-traffic office. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional time management skills and a proven track record in hotel sales, with experience in setting and achieving ambitious goals in the hospitality industry. This role requires a skilled manager capable of efficiently allocating resources, coordinating with multiple departments, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the hotel.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and packages.
Human Resource Management:
Oversee the interviewing, selection, and hiring process for the sales team.
Train, mentor, and manage new and existing employees, including planning, assigning, and directing work.
Conduct performance appraisals, address performance issues, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
Performance and Goal Management:
Set clear job expectations and goals for the sales team.
Monitor, appraise, and review job contributions and performance to ensure targets are met.
Analyze sales data and trends to adjust strategies and improve results.
Operational Efficiency and Coordination:
Analyze and optimize process workflows, employee needs, and equipment layout to enhance operational efficiency.
Implement changes and improvements based on analysis to streamline operations.
Customer Relationship Management:
Communicate with customers to resolve issues and gather feedback.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance the customer experience and address complaints effectively.
Department Oversight:
Oversee the management and performance of department managers and supervisors for our two restaurants.
Ensure coordination between departments to align with overall hotel operations and sales goals.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional management qualifications is advantageous.
Experience: Significant experience in hotel sales management with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Skills:
Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
Excellent background in sales and marketing strategies tailored to the hospitality industry.
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
