Head of Operations
We’re looking for a systems-thinker — someone who thrives on bringing calm to chaos and clarity to complexity. As Head of Operations, you’ll be the strategic backbone of the business, building the foundations that support growth while keeping our people and culture front and center.
You see the big picture, but you know it’s the small details that keep everything running. From processes and workflows to resourcing and planning, you're the one who turns ambition into action — smoothly, sustainably, and with heart.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Design and optimise systems: Build and refine operational frameworks that keep us agile, aligned, and ready to scale.
Drive strategic planning: Work closely with leadership to translate vision into clear, achievable roadmaps.
Streamline day-to-day operations: Ensure our internal processes are efficient, effective, and always improving.
Support cross-functional collaboration: Break silos and foster strong connections across teams and departments.
Lead with data: Use metrics and insights to guide decision-making, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Champion culture: Create the conditions for people to thrive — operational excellence with a human touch.
Oversee key business functions: From finance and legal to people and resourcing, you’ll ensure everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Proven experience in an operations or strategy leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling environment
A knack for building systems that are both structured and flexible
Strong leadership and project management skills — you keep things moving, on time, and on point
A calm, solutions-focused mindset — you don’t just spot problems, you fix them
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A deep understanding that operational success is as much about people as it is about processes
This role is for someone who:
Thinks in frameworks but leads with empathy
