Job Description
The Head of Global Financing Solutions will oversee the strategy, execution, and performance of the division, aligning with the broader goals of Corporate and Investment Banking. This senior leadership role involves driving customer excellence, financial performance, people management, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with senior stakeholders to expand the bank’s market share and financial footprint through tailored and competitive financing offerings.

Business and Financial Performance
Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets
Oversee revenue, profitability, and cost management

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial services, especially in leadership roles
Strong background in structured finance, project finance, leverage finance, and investment banking
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field
Executive training is an added advantage
Skills & Competencies
Proven ability to drive strategy and execution
Strong leadership and change management skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
High financial acumen and familiarity with risk management
Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a plus
