To implement the Beneficiary Care and Trust tactics and frameworks, taking full accountability for the management and performance of the division, while optimally solving for client needs and achieving Beneficiary Care and Trusts revenue targets and strategic objectives. To ensure that Beneficiary Care and Trusts is a profitable and sustainable entity which operates within defined risk parameters and adhere to regulatory and legislative requirements.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and to address client needs.
Client Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from clients to improve services and products and to inform strategic decisions.
Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate terms, renew contracts, and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.
Market and Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide relevant insights and recommendations
Customer Education: Provide clients with information and guidance on the use of products or services, helping them achieve their objectives
Event Planning and Coordination: Organize and attend client meetings, events, and networking functions to strengthen relationships and promote the organization’s interests.

Business Commerce Degree
Relevant Degree
Experience Required
10 -15 years of Deep understanding of trust law, fiduciary responsibilities, and estate planning.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance related to trusts property controls, Pension Funds and Income Tax.
Capability to develop and implement strategic plans for beneficiary care and trust management.
Ability to maintain compliance with legal and financial standards.
