Job Description
As a Graphic Designer - Advertising, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing graphics across various digital channels. Your work will include ad banners, email templates, social media graphics, brand logos, and occasional website and print materials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design output aligns with client goals and performance metrics. You will work remotely, contributing to client campaigns and the company’s visual identity through innovative and strategic design work.

Design static and animated banners for advertising campaigns.
Create email designs for marketing campaigns.
Develop creative assets for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Design unique logos and full brand guides.
Create vector icons, illustrations, and infographics.
Design print materials including brochures, business cards, and letterheads.
Support web design team with mockups for desktop and mobile interfaces.
Attend client meetings to strategize and align design objectives.
Collaborate with copywriters, PPC, and other teams on project vision and execution.
Prepare clean, organized design files for use across platforms.
Ensure adherence to timelines and internal design quality standards.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Proficiency in video/photo editing software.
Strong portfolio showcasing experience with ad banners, logos, marketing emails, and social media graphics.
Deep interest in branding, marketing, and advertising.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital trends.
Knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms (preferred).
Experience with email platforms like Klaviyo and Mailchimp (preferred).
Familiarity with project management tools such as Basecamp, Google Docs, QuickBooks (preferred).
Bonus: Video editing and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere, After Effects.
Bonus: Traditional drawing or illustration skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Experience in digital marketing or agency settings (preferred).
Reliable computer, internet, microphone, and power for remote work.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
