Job Description
The EY Graduate Trainee Program offers recent graduates a structured career path with opportunities for professional growth and skills development. Participants will be exposed to real-world business challenges, work alongside experienced professionals, and develop expertise in their chosen field. The program includes technical and soft skills training, mentorship, and rotational assignments across different departments.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Participate in structured training sessions and on-the-job learning.
Work on client projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Develop a deep understanding of EY’s business operations and industry best practices.
Analyze financial and business data to provide insights and recommendations.
Support senior colleagues in client engagements and advisory services.
Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to EY’s values and ethics.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Minimum of Second-Class Upper Division in the first degree.
Completion of the compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
Proficient IT skills, including MS Office tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of integrity, teamwork, and adaptability.
