Job Description
Bayport Financial Services Uganda is seeking fresh graduates for several Graduate Trainee roles. These positions are designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the financial services industry. As a Graduate Trainee, successful candidates will be exposed to various areas of the company and will receive training to develop their skills. The program aims to build a strong foundation in business operations, customer service, and administration within the financial sector.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Engage in various training and development activities across different departments.
Assist in daily operational tasks as required by the respective departments.
Support senior staff members in project implementation and client services.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement and innovation.
Handle administrative tasks and manage customer queries under supervision.
Learn and adhere to company policies, processes, and standards.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
An Honour’s Degree in Business, Computing, Management, Humanities, or related disciplines.
No prior working experience is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic work environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
