Key Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Trainee, you’ll be on the front lines, directly interacting with customers and prospects. Your responsibilities will include:
Engaging with Customers: You’ll contact potential or existing customers, informing them about our products or services through well-structured scripts. Your role is crucial in creating that initial spark of interest and trust.
Answering Questions: Whether it’s product inquiries or company information, you’ll be ready to confidently answer all customer questions, providing clarity and building a solid rapport.
Understanding Customer Needs: Asking the right questions is critical. You’ll delve into customer requirements, helping them see how our solutions align with their needs and ultimately leading to successful sales.
Coordinating with the Sales Team: You won’t be working alone. When needed, you’ll direct prospects to our field sales team to ensure they get the support they need.
Maintaining Accurate Records: It is critical to keep track of customer information. You’ll enter and update information in our database, maintaining detailed call and sales records for future reference.
