Job Description
Responsibilities include supporting LAN/WAN configurations, maintaining routers and switches, troubleshooting connectivity issues, assisting in software installations and system backups, and helping with hardware and OS monitoring and patch management.

Configure and maintain network infrastructure
Monitor performance of routers and switches
Troubleshoot internet and connectivity issues
Assist with OS installations and upgrades
Perform backups and patch management
Maintain end-user PCs and ensure cybersecurity measures

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related Engineering discipline
Graduated by January 2025 with first-class or second-class upper
Understanding of LAN/WAN, firewalls, and network protocols
Knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, virtualization, and cloud computing
