Job Description
As a Graduate Trainee – Transport Officer, you will be immersed in real-world transportation operations with a focus on logistics, infrastructure, and environmental compliance. This trainee program includes mentorship from experienced professionals, exposure to various functions of the transport and logistics industry, and opportunities for career development through certifications and internal capacity-building programs.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Participate in structured on-the-job training related to transport operations.
Support the planning and coordination of transportation logistics.
Assist in ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Work with multidisciplinary teams to optimize transport systems.
Analyze operational data and suggest areas for improvement.
Contribute to reports and presentations related to transport management.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in:
Transport & Logistics
Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, or related fields)
Environmental Sciences
Procurement and Logistics
Additional Requirements:
Graduated within the last two years
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Interest and passion in transportation systems and infrastructure
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
