Job Description
Job Title: Graduate Trainee, Legal Affairs (No Experience Jobs)
Organisation: Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority (PPDA)
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Reports to: Senior Officer Legal Affairs
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in drafting standard letters to facilitate review of investigations on the accreditations and suspension matters,
Support in scheduling meetings with external parties in relation to accreditations and suspensions.
Assist with secretarial services to the Management Advisory Committee,
Assist to prepare periodical reports on the performance of the Department,
Assist in Undertaking research on matters relating to the mandate of the Authority; and
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Honours (1st Class and 2nd Class Upper) Bachelors’ Degree in Law.
Applicants for the Graduate Trainee opportunities must be fresh graduates who obtained a First Class or Upper Second-Class Bachelor’s degree in 2024 or later and are less than 26 years old.
