Job Description
This Graduate Mechanical Engineer position offers a structured training program consisting of two phases:
Phase 1 (Sales Office):Understand the different industrial machines and their applications.
Assist in customer inquiries and the sales process.
Phase 2 (Fieldwork):Support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial machines.
Participate in factory setup and technical operations.
Work closely with senior engineers for hands-on training in real-world scenarios.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Participate in understanding industrial machines and their applications during the sales office phase.
Assist in addressing customer inquiries and contributing to the sales process.
Support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines during the fieldwork phase.
Engage in factory setup and technical operations while gaining hands-on experience.
Collaborate with senior engineers to learn and apply engineering skills on-site.
