Job Description
This generalist role is flexible and designed for self-starters excited by startup life, customer impact, and business growth. Responsibilities may vary depending on skills and interests and can include launching new markets, managing operational teams, developing pricing algorithms, or building AI-powered tools. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive without rigid role definitions and are excited by variety, ownership, and driving change in a high-growth environment.
The role may align with the Product, Sales, or Operations teams, and successful candidates will be matched to responsibilities that best suit their skill set, interests, and performance in the interview process.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities will be determined based on skillset but may include:
Launching and managing new markets
Designing and implementing pricing algorithms

Developing LLM-based AI tools for customer support
Redesigning communication processes with professionals
Building scalable solutions that enhance the customer experience
