General Worker-Net Making job at Yalelo
Yalelo
Responsible for Cutting, splicing ropes, fixing and joining Nets.
Splice ropes according to instructions given by the supervisor.
Measuring and cutting ropes accurately to the specified lengths.
Fix and join nets in line with the supervisor’s instructions.
Assembling of mooring lines with anchors.
Participating in anchor dropping in the Lake.
Adhere to the company’s health and safety guidelines.
Maintain a neat and tidy workplace.
Performing any other duties assigned by the Supervisor / Line Manager.

Minimum of Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education.
Knowledge in Swimming and Rescue skills.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Good communication skills including reading and writing skills
Good in Basic Mathematics
Physical strength and stamina
The ability to get along well with co-workers
The ability to keep up to date with changing technology
Creativity
The ability to do precision work
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to swim
Hardworking, capable of being involved in farming operations
