Job Description
As a Garbage Truck Supervisor, you will lead the team involved in garbage collection, monitor route efficiency, enforce safety and cleanliness standards, and resolve on-the-job challenges. The role requires strong leadership and excellent organizational skills to maintain high service quality in waste management.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise garbage truck teams and coordinate waste collection schedules
Ensure compliance with safety and service delivery standards
Manage daily operational challenges and resolve team issues
Monitor truck performance and fuel usage
Report any mechanical or route issues to management
Maintain communication with clients and management on service quality
