Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, a problem solver, and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining excellent time management and communication skills. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Keep the office tidy and organized.
Welcome visitors and answer any inquiries.
Address or forward complaints to the relevant departments.
Answer incoming calls and redirect them or take messages as needed.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Perform clerical and secretarial duties.
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Undertake any other duties assigned.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
The ideal candidate should have:
Proven experience as a front desk representative or in a similar role at a reputable institution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
A minimum of a Diploma in business-related courses such as: Microfinance, Accounting and Finance, Marketing (traditional and digital), Secretarial Studies, Human Resource Management
A credit in English and Mathematics at O-level.
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Familiarity with office machines such as fax, printers, photocopiers, and shredders.
A smart, organized, and presentable appearance.
A flexible, team-oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills.
Age: Female, between 25–33 years.
