Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry or training.
Certification in travel and tourism (e.g., IATA Foundation in Travel and Tourism).
Experience in adult education or curriculum development is a plus.
General Requirements for All Instructor Roles:
Strong proficiency in English (oral and written).
Advanced computer skills, particularly in training tools and software.
A passion for teaching and mentoring students to achieve their career goals.
