Job Description
The Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing entity accounting and tax matters, coordinating with consultants and audit firms, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The role includes managing bank and treasury operations, implementing governance and compliance protocols, and driving financial planning and performance monitoring. The successful candidate will act as a key business partner to enhance project financial execution.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Accounting & Tax:
Oversee entity accounting and taxation.
Coordinate with local accounting, tax, consultancy, and audit firms.
Prepare and manage statutory audits.
Ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
Manage P&L and balance sheet reviews.
Ensure revenue recognition and inter-company compliance.
Lead invoicing, accounts receivable, and VAT exemption processes.
Master and enhance ERP systems.
Bank & Treasury:
Oversee payment operations and bank reconciliations.
Manage relationships with local banks.
Lead cash forecasting and optimize liquidity.
Governance & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to customer project processes, delegation of authority, Schneider Group guidelines, and internal controls.
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
Controlling and Reporting:
Monitor costs, margins, and project financials.
Lead budget and rolling forecast processes.
Analyze variances and explain financial indicators.
Review risks and opportunities.
Provide financial insight for service activities and project execution.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a finance-focused operational role.
CPA certification with strong accounting and tax knowledge.
Experience working in a multinational corporation is preferred.
Strong ERP system knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
