Job Description
The Finance & Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and managing a team of accounting professionals. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets to ensure financial resources are allocated effectively.
Forecasting: Conduct regular financial forecasts to provide insights into future financial performance.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Audit Coordination: Supervise internal and external audit processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and responses are prepared.
Cost Management: Analyze costs and implement strategies to improve profitability while managing expenses effectively.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
System Management: Oversee financial management systems and recommend updates or new technologies as necessary.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with senior management and other departments to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
ACCA or CPA certification preferred).
5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on management roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting processes.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in manufacturing sector is highly recommended
