• Prepare and submit regular reports on fleet status, expenses, and other relevant metrics.

• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Vendor and Supplier Management:

• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for vehicle parts and repair services.

• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Evaluate and select suppliers based on performance and reliability.

Customer Service:

• Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to the motor vehicle section.

• Ensure high standards of service delivery to all users of the vehicle fleet.

• Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement within the motor vehicle section and implement changes.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance fleet management operations.

• Develop and implement new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
