Spear Motors Ltd, the Sole official distributor for Mercedes Benz AG and Daimler Truck AG, Germany the manufacturers of Mercedes Benz and Fuso; the official distributor for Stellantis, the manufacturers of Jeep, Chrysler, Fiat and Dodge seek to recruit several experienced Field Representatives.
Spear Motors Limited invites applications from qualified, energetic and result oriented Field Representatives to join and support our sales team.

Job Summary:
We are looking for reliable, ethical, self-motivated Field Representatives to work and earn attractive commission based on the value of the sales they make! The Field Representatives will be responsible for selling new vehicles within their local network, scout for new customers, profile potential customers and identify leads to boost our customer base.

Key roles and responsibilities

  • Source for potential customers and generate leads through local contacts and existing contacts.

  • Develop contact with potential customers and share lists of customers in your local territory.

  • Form new relationships with customers by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contacts and address customer issues.

  • Attend all scheduled sales team meetings and provide information to the sales manager about the field outcome and obstacles if any.

  • Maintain up-to-date vehicles lead generating diary from which to prepare weekly lead reports to the sales manager.

  • Participate in vehicle promotional initiatives as and when required

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Must be out going, people person, determined, honest and resilient.

  • Excellent knowledge of automobile sales and marketing business.

  • Excellent knowledge of manual and computerized sales systems.

  • Proficiency in computer use, including computerized sales software.

  • Interpersonal, public relations and communication skills.

  • Excellent negotiation skills.

  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
