Job Description
The Field Marketing Director will be responsible for shaping and executing integrated marketing strategies to drive demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement across key European markets. Reporting to senior leadership, the Director will lead a high-performing marketing function aligned with the company’s business goals. Key aspects of the role include collaborating with cross-functional teams—Sales, Product Marketing, Strategy, Digital, and Customer Marketing—to deliver seamless and effective campaigns. The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise marketer with exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team with clear roles and growth paths
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with organizational goals
Ensure collaboration across Sales, Enablement, Product Marketing, Digital, and Ops teams
Translate strategic objectives into marketing outcomes for specific regions and customer segments
Oversee the orchestration of marketing programs to maximize reach and impact
Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance metrics and ROI
Manage and optimize quarterly and annual marketing budgets

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Required:
10+ years of marketing experience in enterprise software
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Experience managing marketing budgets and performance tracking
Growth mindset with a results-driven approach
Preferred:
SaaS marketing experience
Background in life sciences or healthcare industry
