ODU Installations:

• Perform installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of outdoor units (ODU) to ensure reliable wireless communication for clients.

• Ensure accurate alignment, setup, and testing of antennas and associated equipment.

Fiber Installation & Maintenance:

• Install and test fiber-optic cables, troubleshoot, and maintain fiber networks to provide high-speed internet and data transmission.

• Work with fiber splicing, routing, and testing equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Cambium Microwave Installation:

• Set up and maintain Cambium microwave equipment, performing installation, testing, and troubleshooting for long-range wireless communication systems.

• Perform site surveys to evaluate conditions and determine the optimal location for microwave links.

Home Broadband Installations:

• Install home broadband solutions for customers, ensuring seamless connections to the internet and other digital services.

• Perform setup and configuration of routers, modems, and related networking equipment for optimal home broadband performance.

APN ODU Installations:

• Install, configure, and maintain Access Point Network (APN) Outdoor Unit (ODU) systems in various field locations, ensuring proper alignment and optimal network coverage.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in field installations, working closely with clients to ensure minimal downtime.

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine checks on all systems to ensure consistent service quality.

Customer Interaction:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide technical support, and deliver solutions in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide customer training and assistance on equipment usage and troubleshooting.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.

• Provide detailed reports on system status, issues, and resolution for internal use and client reference.
