About the Organisation
The East African Crude Oil Pipeline Project (EACOP) is a pipeline that will transport oil produced from Uganda’s Lake Albert oilfields to the port of Tanga in Tanzania where the oil will then be sold onwards to world markets. The pipeline is buried and once topsoil and vegetation have been re-instated people and animals will be able to cross freely anywhere along its length.

Job Description
.As Campaign Engineer for EACOP, you will manage campaign activities in 4 perimeters. This means you will be able to shape and develop
a central role with great influence in safe, timely and effective execution of campaign activities. This is with the possibility to continuously use
and develop your competencies in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of Campaign activity reporting, sub-contractor efficiency and work
preparation on future campaign activities.
.You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying a range of techniques when developing the Campaign Model taking into
consideration the local market conditions, partial or full field shutdown opportunities, the mono or multi métier various possible technical
approaches, the various resources available or to develop etc.
.As Fabric Maintenance Engineer, you will manage fabric maintenance contractor who will provide various services as scaffolding, insulation
removal and installation, piping repair, routine painting, cleaning, assistance to operation, rope access, civil works.
.Interface regarding activity planification and with other entities.
Duties and Responsibilities
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Contributes to HSE performance in line with EACOP objectives.
Provides and Execution Plan and source the supporting resources (e.g., vessels, scaffolding, HSE supervision)
Integrates into an execution plan the “campaign-able” activities
prepared by Maintenance, Inspection Services, Engineering &
Construction.
Prepares and executes the on boarding process of the various workforces prior to the execution phases to commence.
Ensures the Work Packs, Procedures, Permits to Works, Risk
Assessments and Toolbox Talks are correctly drafted by the Support Entities.
Executes the Campaign safely and efficiently.
Manages related service contracts to improve campaign efficiency.
Ensures the main resources of the scopes are provided in time by the Support Entities.
Contributes to the 2-Year visions of planned campaigns and the 90-day planning.
Ensures the Isolations, Inhibitions, Flushing, Inerting various scopes are provided.
Influences the 90-day planning.
Influences the 5-week planning.
Provides input for the Campaign various Planning and Scheduling
Issues T-REX.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Academic Qualifications:
Experience Required:
Bachelor level or similar.
Proficiency in oral and written English.
10-15 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry or a high potential.
Good knowledge of CMIMS (Computerized Maintenance & Inspection Management System.)
Site -multi sites and multidiscipline planning preparation or activity management experience.
ERB Registration as a Professional Engineer.
Maintenance Contract management.
Full field/Industrial site shut down experience.
Primavera good experience.
