Collaborate with the team to develop and refine the evaluation plan, ensuring it incorporates robust qualitative and quantitative methods.
Ensure the development and implementation of data collection tools, including surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions.
Over data collection activities, ensuring data quality and adherence to ethical research principles.
Conduct rigorous data analysis using both quantitative and qualitative approaches, drawing meaningful insights from the findings.
Synthesize findings and contribute to the development of clear and concise reports and presentations for stakeholders, including USAID officials and Ugandan government representatives.
Identify lessons learned and recommendations for future programs, ensuring their practicability and sustainability.

Master's degree in public health, statistics, social sciences, research methods, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in conducting public health program evaluations, preferably for USG funded projects (or similar).
Demonstrated expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with a strong understanding of data analysis techniques.
Experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa, particularly in the context of health systems strengthening, is a plus.
Data visualization
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
