Job Description
Job Title: Enterprise Software Sales Executive
Organisation: Entapps Limited
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Software Sales Executive to drive the sales of ERPNext and SeamlessHR solutions. The ideal candidate will generate leads, engage with potential clients, and close deals while also developing a strong understanding of all Entapps solutions for cross-selling opportunities.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy for ERP, HR, or SFA solutions.
Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Work closely with solution engineers to tailor proposals and respond to RFPs.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in ERP, HR, or SFA software.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
