Position: Enterprise Sales Executive

Role Overview

K2 Telecom is seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves driving sales growth by managing key customer accounts, negotiating profitable deals, and cultivating long-term business relationships. If you're a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of major enterprise clients to ensure long-term partnerships and account retention.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to secure mutually beneficial deals.

  • Set, achieve, and track individual sales targets in line with company goals.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective customer networks.

  • Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions.

  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally to maintain trust and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized service solutions.

  • Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports using key metrics.

  • Drive customer engagement through trade activations, on-site pitches, and industry events.

  • Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategy.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in direct sales, preferably within intelligent security systems or telematics technology.

  • Demonstrated success in sales across corporate, SME, and individual market segments.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.

  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, documentation, and time management.

  • Proven ability to manage and grow key customer accounts.

  • Experience in executing sales pitches and managing trade events.

  • Hands-on experience in direct and enterprise sales.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
