Employment Support Coordinator / Intern at AfriCareers

We are seeking an Employment Support Coordinator / intern to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position offers attractive remuneration and requires candidates to have reliable internet access and a personal computer. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing comprehensive support to jobseekers from the comfort of their own space. This role demands a versatile skill set, including client profiling, CV analysis, sales, and reporting. The specialist will ensure jobseekers' profiles and CVs are refined and in sync with the latest market trends and technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Moreover, the specialist will motivate jobseekers to utilize our value-added services, such as professional CV writing and a premium membership program, to accelerate their job search process.
Conduct detailed client profiling for jobseekers, aligning their skills and experiences with prospective employers' needs.
Analyze and critique CVs for ATS compatibility, keyword optimization, and overall professionalism.
Promote and sell our professional CV writing services to jobseekers with substandard CVs.
Drive enrolment into our premium membership program, offering strategies to enhance job search efforts.
Compile and submit comprehensive reports to supervisors on client profiling, CV analysis, service uptake, and program enrolment.
Assist jobseekers in identifying and applying for job openings that match their professional profiles.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with the ability to work remotely.
Demonstrated remote experience in career services, recruitment, or a similar role.
Adept at understanding ATS and SEO principles as they pertain to CV writing, with the capability to operate independently.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in sales and customer service, adaptable to a remote work environment.
Competence in data analysis and report generation, with a focus on remote collaboration and reporting.
Empathetic and motivational approach to client interactions.
This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about empowering others in their career journey and who can maintain a high standard of service delivery.
