Job Description
As an EMEA Marketing Manager, you will lead regional marketing initiatives to support sales growth and brand positioning in key industries. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build marketing programs from the ground up, execute integrated campaigns, and measure effectiveness to optimize results. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, partner marketing, and product marketing to align strategies and drive pipeline growth.
Your responsibilities include executing demand generation campaigns, sales enablement activities, regional events, and content localization to ensure maximum engagement with EMEA audiences. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, adaptable to dynamic market conditions, and capable of fostering cross-functional partnerships.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and pipeline growth.
Work closely with the EMEA sales team to provide marketing support, create localized content, and align with go-to-market strategies.
Plan and execute regional events, industry conferences, webinars, and partner-led activities.
Develop joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners to enhance Mattermost’s presence in key industries.
Ensure marketing materials, case studies, and messaging are localized and aligned with regional regulations.
Analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Increase brand awareness through public relations, analyst relations, and content marketing initiatives in EMEA.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
5+ years of B2B marketing experience in EMEA, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or mission-critical software.
Proven experience in demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and field marketing.
Strong understanding of government, defense, intelligence, security, and critical infrastructure sectors in EMEA (preferred).
Experience working with ecosystem partners and cloud service providers.
Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in additional European languages (e.g., German, French) is a plus.
Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline growth and achieve revenue targets.
Highly adaptable to changing priorities and market conditions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.
Preferred:
Experience working with the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and EMEA system integrators.
Familiarity with EMEA capture strategies and government procurement processes.
