Job Description
Al Muntazir School provides quality education to students from multicultural backgrounds and is spread across 3 campuses. The Nursery campus is located adjacent to the Muhimbili hospital (maternity) exit gate, the Boys Primary campus opposite the Aga Khan hospital, and lastly the Girls Primary campus, the Secondary School and the Special Education Needs are all located on the main campus along the United Nations road.

Duties and Responsibilities
Installing and Maintaining Heating Systems:
Installing and maintaining heating systems, such as radiators, boilers, and underfloor heating.
Ensuring Compliance with Regulations:
Ensuring that all work complies with local and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Providing Estimates:
Assessing plumbing work, providing cost estimates for labor and materials, and advising clients on plumbing repairs or installations.
Customer Service:
Communicating with clients to explain problems, recommend solutions, and answer questions about plumbing systems and maintenance.

Qualifications and Competencies
Education: A Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, engineering, relevant professional certification in a related field is required.
Experience: Previous experience in facilities management or related roles is required.
