Analysis and Testing:

• Conduct simulations and tests to analyze the performance of mechanical systems under different conditions (stress, temperature, etc.).

• Use analysis tools like finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate structural integrity, strength, and durability.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues or inefficiencies within mechanical designs and systems.

Prototyping and Fabrication:

• Oversee or participate in the fabrication of prototypes and working models.

• Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure that parts are produced to specifications.

• Test prototypes to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.

Project Management:

• Manage mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion, including timelines, budgets, and resources.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (electrical engineers, production teams, procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.

• Ensure that projects comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Oversee the maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment in industries such as manufacturing and energy.

• Troubleshoot mechanical failures, develop repair strategies, and ensure systems operate efficiently.

• Implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
